New Orleans: Jazz, Food, and Habitat

Greetings from New Orleans!!

For those of you who don’t know, Rhythm has taken a group of 13 people to New Orleans, LA for the week to work with Habitat for Humanity. We are working on building houses, siding, interior stuff, and building decks. For the past three days, we have worked in the hot (and I mean HOT) sun, we have eaten some great food (LOVE the French Quarter), and just enjoyed being together as a group.

There’s something truly special about this group this week. We were all friends when we left,  but we’re growing closer to each other as the week goes on. We truly enjoy spending time together and we truly are taking care of each other. If you aren’t here right now, you’re missing out!!

But since you’re not here, we love you, we miss you, go play some ultimate frisbee and we’ll be back on Saturday night!
